Hi everyone.
I recently had to system reset my computer due to technical issues.
After recovering my cc files with a file recovery tool, they all appear to be corrupted! Is there any way to fix these corrupted files rather than downloading them all again? My cc folder goes all the way back to 2014 and some of my cc was made by me and therefore irreplaceable!
Additionally, none of my gallery library saves are in my game anymore! I've had to uninstall and re-download the game more than once before, but all of my tray files/library saves were restored upon logging into my EA account, so I'm not sure why this time is the exception.
If anyone has any tips to repair the corrupted cc files or restore my gallery library saves it'd be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Hi. By default, mods, tray files, saves, etc, are stored in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4. When you delete the game, they stay. This time they were gone with the system, which is on the c drive as well. The fact that you were able to restore them at least somehow is a miracle. This is why they say to never store anything valuable on the c drive. You can try opening your own packages, exporting resources, then remaking them. If they wont open, then i dont think theres anything you can do about this.
Did you have synchronization with one drive enabled? If yes, these things may be there
