CANNOT get this mesh to slot or work properly, years later

I have had this mesh for a while now and no matter who i get to test it or the specs of their systems or WHATEVER, i cannot get this mesh to work properly. I just can't bring myself to trash it, i love it. when you zoom out, it lands across the map. But not for every person...wtf??? lol. .. it looks beautiful in CAS and for the most part in-game. I am at wits end and i am just done troubleshooting, at this point i am really just looking for help and answers. the images inserted will show the bugs and the issues i thought were happening like weight issues an 




 every picture above this were taken from testers and other players


but in my view, my cas, my game - it looks great ...  I really need help yall .. the images below are straight from my game in multiple swatches so..idk man..

- open the blend file, delete these three empty vertex groups with - button;

- create a new package by cloning a lingerie set, do not re-use your old package. Import your blend there

The issue did not appear for me in old files either, but most likely yes
